How do we market new home sites?

• With a genuine interest in new build properties we have now invested in a monthly lifestyle e-magazine which will feature large property adverts and can be specifically geared towards new build sites.
• Having discussed your site in some detail with the team here we would be willing to offer a dedicated sales person to the site, agreed days and times would need to be discussed but this would help to bring a more pro-active element to the sale of the apartments.
• Full internet exposure across the main property portals
• Large, local high street office with large window displays
• Large advertising boards placed strategically on site
• We currently have a prime space large banner paid for at the local Lee on the Solent Tennis and Squash club, which can be used to advertise the site if required. The banner captures the majority of the local residents in Lee.
• As with all of our properties we market, we wouldn’t require a fixed term Agreement. This puts the emphasis on us to deliver a good standard of service and more importantly to deliver results.
